Attorney

Matthew Livingston focuses his practice on real estate, business formation and general corporate matters, estate planning, and probate and trust administration. He is a member of the Illinois Bar Association, the Chicago Bar Association where he serves on the Probate Practice Committee, and the Illinois Real Estate Lawyers Association. Matthew believes that mutual trust and communication must be established in all attorney-client relationships and strives to achieve this.

Matthew grew up in Glenview and attended Notre Dame College Prep in Niles. He is a graduate of St. Olaf College (B.A. in Economics and Exercise Science) where he was a member of the football team and on the Dean’s List. He later graduated from DePaul University College of Law (J.D., 2020) where he was on the Dean’s List and a member of the DePaul Business Law Clinic. He was admitted to the Illinois State Bar in 2021.
